Shafaq International provides professional career guidance and HR consultancy services including resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, job search assistance, data analytics services, and international job application support. All services are paid services and fees are clearly stated before purchase.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of our website or content
  • Keep your contact details updated for smooth communication

4. Payment Terms

All service fees are displayed clearly on the respective service pages. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the specific terms for that service, including any non-refundable fees.

5. Job Application Fee

The job application fee of ~₹499 is a one-time, non-refundable processing fee. This fee grants access to the job application form and covers profile review and submission support. Payment of this fee does not guarantee employment, a job offer, visa approval, or any specific outcome.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

Shafaq International provides guidance and support services only. We do not guarantee job placement, visa approval, or any employment outcome. Results depend on individual qualifications, employer decisions, and government policies which are beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and design is the property of Shafaq International and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shafaq International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Visa & Immigration Disclaimer

Shafaq International is not an immigration lawyer, visa agent, or government-authorized visa consultant. We are a career guidance and HR consultancy firm that provides support with documentation, profile preparation, and job application assistance only.

  • Any government fees, visa application fees, medical fees, biometric fees, or immigration-related charges are entirely separate from our service fees and are your sole responsibility.
